The NYC Educational Construction Fund (ECF) designates Alloy to build two new schools in Downtown Brooklyn as part of a mixed-use development. We are thrilled to announce 80 Flatbush, a proposed mixed-use development that includes two new public schools, market-rate and affordable housing, commercial and cultural space.
