City Planning Commission certifies 80 Flatbush to begin the Uniform Land Use Review Process
We are excited to announce CPC’s Certification for 80 Flatbush, a mixed-use development of five buildings, old and new, that includes two new public schools, affordable and market-rate housing, office space, retail and a cultural center. The 80 Flatbush ULURP application was developed over the past 18 months and informed by more than 100 meetings with local stakeholders.
